with this I want to work with SseEmitter class from _

I get the SseEmitter class but I get weird error saying
I get help using this dialog

my app does not work, any option there to get rid of this.

#Transactional is part of the Spring transaction API. You're mixing two different versions of Spring together, which is bound to lead to problems. Decide on using version 4.0.4.RELEASE or 4.2.5.RELEASE, but not both.

ClassNotFoundException: javax.wsdl.extensions.ExtensibilityElement

I write a webservice follow spring-ws tutorial, i get a error.
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:javax.wsdl.extensions.ExtensibilityElement
But my path really have wsdl4j.jar.
EndpointConfig only have a bean that return a SimpleWsdl11Definition with orders.wsdl.

It could be possible you are using different version. Please check whether your jar actually contains this class -
javax.wsdl.extensions.ExtensibilityElement

Problems using local jar in maven pom.xml

I have a project i export to jar file and install with maven:
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=/home/myuser/workspace/libs/mylib.jar -DgroupId=br.com.mylib -DartifactId=mylib -Dversion=1.0 -Dpackaging=jar
In other project i just import in pom.xml:

This works fine, if i use this setup in pom.xml of "mylib":

Now i want to change for 2.0 version, like this:

But when i remove the SNAPSHOT word nothing works, if i use "1.0" without SNAPSHOT i can't import this library in another project, the error is : ClassNotFoundException like jar aren't imported.

There are several issues here:
#SergeyPauk is correct. the "packaging" should be "jar", or removed at all as "jar" is the default.
did you make sure you built the "mylib" in version:2.0-snapshot, BEFORE you tried to use it as dependency in another project? in "mylib"'s pom I see that the version is 1.0-SNAPSHOT. If you want to change to 2.0, then first of all you have to change mylib itself to 2.0, build it and install to the local repo, and only then try to use it as dependency in another project.
the right way to use maven's versions is to use SNAPSHOT version during development, e.g. X-SNAPSHOT, and only after you finish development (i.e. releasing the product) you change the version to X

FileNotFoundException thrown when changing Maven build directory

Project is located within D:/Projects/MService.
But since recently, compilation fails with FileNotFoundException and this message.
Information:Internal caches are corrupted or have outdated format,
forcing project rebuild: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
D:\Projects\MService\C:\MService\classes\com\example\mservice\data\data.txt
(The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)
As given in the message a path confusion happens somewhere and I can't figure it out. If I remove the <directory> within <build> everything works fine.
com.example.mservice.data is a package within the resources folder. All my google searches have been in vain. Is this a problem with IntelliJ or is it a problem with my pom.xml? Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

As you see UniqueConstraint in JPA 1 does not have name attribute, but in JPA 2 it is there. You do refer to "hibernate-jpa-2.0-api-1.0.0.jar", which is JPA 2.0 API provided by Hibernate. But your pom.xml does not include such a file. You can include that (or actually never version) by adding following to pom:
