Maven clean package problems with modules

I have a maven project with 4 modules. The main is GestionCertificados. It depends of sgclib. When I build with the maven command clean package, compiler throw me errors that doesn't found that package (but it found other packages from maven central).
What can I do to figure it out this? Is the unique solution to remove the clean package command (when I remove it, it works).
The exact error is:

The error is like it is searching on my company repository, but I don't need that. The module is local

You did not declare your projects that GestionCertificados depends on as modules, so you have to install those dependencies to the local maven repository first before you can package GestionCertificados.
In your sgclibdocuments and fieldprocessor call mvn install, then your mvn clean package should work.

The problem is that you have different versions for your CXF dependencies. Set the same version for all your CXF dependencies will solve your problem. Note that some dependencies have been moved, changed, replaced or removed from a version to another: you may need to adapt your dependencies in order to have everything ok.

how can I configure artifactory to work as mirror of eclipse link for Java persistence?

I have an internal repository at work, but I need to use the javax.persistence 2.0.3 by eclipse, if I change my settings.xml to work with internal repository, maven cannot find this artifact, if I remove it can resolve the depency and execute the enhancement goal. I try to add the repo http://download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink/maven.repo as external repository in artifactory, it seems to connect to this, but when I update my dependency not work, I add the repository tag to my pom but it doesn't solve the problem again. What can I do?

Using the trace command usually gives you the answer why certain dependency can't be downloaded.
In your case it will look like:
http://foo.address.com:8081/artifactory/repo/org/eclipse/persistence/javax.persistence/2.0.3/javax.persistence-2.0.3.pom?trace
Once you will run it you will be able to see that this artifact is not found in the eclipse repo, nor in maven central.

I execute the testng.xml using the following command:
mvn -P runTests -Dtests=src\test\resources\xml_Suites\Box.xml test site
The test gets executed successfully and even the xslt reports are getting generated. However, iam getting the following errors:
[ERROR] Artifact: jdk.tools:jdk.tools:jar:1.7.0_05 has no file.
[ERROR] Artifact: org.apache.geronimo.specs:geronimo-jms_1.1_spec:jar:1.1.1 has
no file.
[ERROR] Artifact: org.apache.geronimo.specs:geronimo-jpa_2.0_spec:jar:1.1 has no
file.
and many such similar errors like these
[WARNING] The repository url 'file://${basedir}/stage' is invalid - Repository '
local-mime4j-stage-repository' will be blacklisted.
I have to manually exit the job everytime using ctrl+c. Could you please tell me the reason why these errors are occuring?

Workaround for the time being is to disable the dependencies report:

No classes found in classes folder inside war

I converted my eclipse project to maven by creating a pom.xml file. I built the .war file by maven build command by specifying the goal
clean compile install
and it build successfully. Now when I am running it on appache tomcate it throws no class found exceptions as I check .war/WEB-INF/classes folder is empty. Why classes folder is empty? Is this the reason why .war is not running on apache.

It is very hard to know the exact problem with so few details, however my guess would be that you have the wrong directory structure. Your code must be in the src/main/java/packagepath directory otherwise maven will not be able to find it and will create an empty jar/war.
As an additional note, the compile phase is included when you invoke the install phase so you do not need to explicitly call it.
