Maven clean package problems with modules

Maven clean package problems with modules - java

I have a maven project with 4 modules. The main is GestionCertificados. It depends of sgclib. When I build with the maven command clean package, compiler throw me errors that doesn't found that package (but it found other packages from maven central).
What can I do to figure it out this? Is the unique solution to remove the clean package command (when I remove it, it works).
The exact error is:

The error is like it is searching on my company repository, but I don't need that. The module is local

You did not declare your projects that GestionCertificados depends on as modules, so you have to install those dependencies to the local maven repository first before you can package GestionCertificados.
In your sgclibdocuments and fieldprocessor call mvn install, then your mvn clean package should work.

I have a maven project which is actually supposed to be a scheduler. In that project, I have a pom.xml for dependencies. There is a dependency as activation-1.0.2.jar. pom is throwing an error as Missing artifact javax.activation:activation:jar:1.0.2. Although I have not mentioned any dependency for this jar anywhere in my pom, still I am getting this error. May be some other jar depends on it, but how to get that. or how to resolve it.
Please help.

Try making a force update like below,
mvn clean install -U
Edit:
On further investigation , I found that the jar is missing in maven central repository http://central.maven.org/maven2/
You have to include some other repository which contains the artifact (jar) in your pom file to ensure it downloads from the other location,

Run at folder "jaf-1.0.2"

The problem is that you have different versions for your CXF dependencies. Set the same version for all your CXF dependencies will solve your problem. Note that some dependencies have been moved, changed, replaced or removed from a version to another: you may need to adapt your dependencies in order to have everything ok.

Spring-security - cannot access ServletException

I like to use spring-security module, but when I followed a tutorial (http://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/3.2.x/guides/helloworld.html) from spring project, a compiler return this:

I use MockMvc for my controller testing

In production mode it good work but in test I see error if I have notValid value

I restart my pc and now I see other error(maybe i change something But I posted actual dtate of pom.xml)

I met the same problem, Add the following dependency resolved this problem.
When you met javax/el/PropertyNotFoundException， That means you missed el-api dependency, you can add the following jar

You maybe just need to add the dependency in your test. Are you using maven? if so, can you try to add this to your pom? You may need a different jar/version, but something like this:

I have my own JAR configured in local Maven repository which depends on MINA in the following way:

I wrote this hoping Maven will download JARs of version 2.0.2 as my library requires.
But 2.0.2 artifacts were recognized by Eclipse as "bundles".
The mina-integration-jmx artifact depends on mina-integration-ognl in the following way

<artifactId>mina-integration-ognl</artifactId>
<version>${project.version}</version>
<type>bundle</type>
</dependency>
i.e. it wishes mina-integration-ognl to be a bundle.
I see this artifact in repositories and see no problems why it can be not downloaded.

This is because maven couldn't download some dependencies automatically. So we have to use manual way to download dependencies with cmd.

I also had the some Missing artifact errors in my pom, including your "Missing artifact org.apache.mina:mina-integration-ognl:bundle:" when using mina-integration-jmx. I can't say for sure this will work for for your situation but if you checkout the below example project into Eclipse, putting my tag at the end of my broken pom, fixes these errors.
