Make an imageview blurred towards the vertical edges in Android - java

I would like to design a layout containing an imageview and a background view with two special effect. First is where the main imageview gets transformed with faded towards the vertical edges and second is a background imageview with a blurred effect like the image
The result that i am able to achieve
I saw this post for my first effect and currently using it, but it does not work when I change my phone into dark mode so I am not getting a perfect solution.
And the second special blur effect that i am able to achieve is far way different from what i want to achieve. The required blur effect has some hardness of the different shades of color and mine one is quite smooth. For my blur effect I am using the below code and I am using the library Fresco for my image.

Can anyone please suggest me any good solution or any good library for it or some code sample that can help me to achieve what I want.

The point to note here is the blurred background is an extension of the image itself. So if the left side of the screen has a purple hue the blurred region at the top left will be purple as well.
YOu can use a library like Blurry where it blurs the contents of the screen and then set that as a background. You can control the amount of blur you want.
Once you get the blurred image set it as the background of the container layout and set the picture in front
eg:

.radius(10) // make it more if you want the lue to be more
.sampling(8)
.capture(findViewById(R.id.right_bottom)).get() // get the view you want to blur
imageView.setImageDrawable(BitmapDrawable(resources, bitmap)) // set the value to the background

Custom Vertical ProgressBar in LibGDX

I want to create Custom vertical progress bar with non linear background
In previous implementation I used skin composer , but as I know it works perfect with simple regular shapes (the knob part resize on the all background image so it looks bad in my example ). I also try to hack using several layer behind the progress bar, but for this case the background behind progress bar is transparent.
I suppose this solution can solve my issue but unfortunately I dont understand how can I implemented that solution.
I also try to crop the inside part (that reference), whenever the progress is changed but I dont think that is the best solution (also the increase/decrase animation cannot be simple enabled )
Could you draw the full red progress bar and then load peices of it until it fills up the whole thing?

how can I create a custom clickable shape on an image in android?

I want to create a clickable image, my image has some different clickable parts in it, like this one:
I want to draw a custom shape like :
A,B,C,D,E,F
and make sure when user click on of this something happen.
the problem is I don't have any kind of idea to, how create shapes like the shapes in the image make sure it just fix on the image and in different screen size don't see a massed up thing.
Will there be more than many of such images?
If no I suggest you to create mask image for each region where black part of image represents the region and white part excludes rest.
To draw image:
create custom View
in constructor don't forget to use setWillNotDraw to true so you can do custom drawing
override View.onDraw method where you can draw main image and all others with some filters via setColorFilter.
To handle click events:
override onTouchEvent method
get touch position
compare touch position with point color in mask image
To optimise:
create mask image downscaled by some scale factor
during comparison divide touch position by scale factor
This is not ideal, but solution with vectors is non trivial I think
Take it as image and setOnclickListner for that image

Fading overlay through FrameLayout foreground with specified Rect that cuts out a section of the fade

Goal: A highlighted section of an image (the image covers the whole screen). The rest of the screen needs to be faded out.
Example
So far I've got the fading working using the foreground of a FrameLayout and placing the image as the background of a RelativeLayout within the FrameLayout. The solution I'm thinking is that I need to create 2 Drawables and merge them into one that FrameLayout Foreground can consume.
I've also been reading a bit up on PorterDuff, but I think that may be overkill for what I'm trying to achieve.
The fade functionality is working fine, but the source of the fade with transparent section is not.
I suggest that you have the original image in an ImageView on top of it place 4 views which are partially dimmed and that's it!
With some basic math you can know the sizes for each view, and using RelativeLayout will allow you to easily place them on the screen.

Fullscreen Rotating Background Image

Developing an app for Android and I'm required to have a fullscreen image rotate (spin around infinitely, pivoted at the centre of the screen) in the background.
I have tried rotating the ImageView using RotateAnimation which works well, except the image is cropped to the size of the parent view.
I have also tried expanding the parent view to a set size (750dp) but it doesn't work well across all the different screen sizes.
Does anyone know of an easy way to implement this, which would involve scaling to uniformly fit the screen size?

Image that has multi clickable zones/surface/area

I want to have an image on the android screen where different parts of the image can be clickable. What I mean is that, If its an image of 3 circles, I want to be able to click each of these circles,
Then I can add different functionalities to each of these clickable circles.
For an instance in this image below I want to be able to click each distinct color. Is it possible to have on-touch-listener and get you the color ? and can it be an image or has to be drawn in Java OR XML ?
I found a really good widget that helps you make any image muli-clickable. They have some good notes on how to use their widget as well.
The widget has a similar approach as Image mapping in html. The good thing about this widget is that the image can be zoomed and it will not lose the coordinates or areas associated to specific clicks.
Here is the link to their website. the guy who made the widget apparently had similar problem and came up with this widget.
Another solution would have been
creating an ImageView containing the png file referenced
making the whole ImageView clickable
setting an OnTouchListener to the ImageView which overrides the onTouch method
check the colors of the image pixel at the touch position
This is often done with an invisible mask image with one color for each zone (see the popular detailed tutorial), but here the image itself has distinct colors for each zone which makes it more interesting.
