Include application properties files in maven artifacts

I have a spring boot project (Project A) created which do contains commonly used methods and I have hosted this project in GitHub deployed artifacts and used it as a dependency in other projects (Project B, C ..) to reuse those methods. I have one common method created in Project A which does read the value from the application properties file which works fine locally but when I deploy the artifacts to GitHub and use it as a dependency it is not able to read the value from an application properties file and read as null. Maybe I am not including the properties files while deploying artifacts for Project A correctly.

Create war file with Maven

I have an issue when I compile my project using Maven. Below there is the images of the structure of my project. When I decompile it, I see its made it in a wrong way. The .war file, misses all of the jsp contained in pages folder, the js, and the style. When I build the project says it's builde successfull but its not. There is an image of the decompiled project and my pom.xml.
How can I correct this?

Dependency 'javax:javaee-api:6.0' not found

I'm a computer science student and I'm currently making my first steps in using JEE. To retry an example of my study material, I tried to build a web-application using IntelliJ Community. As there is no offical possibility to do so with the community version, I tried to use maven following this tutorial: https://www.shortn0tes.com/2017/01/tutorial-intellij-idea-community.html
Now I get an error about the dependency injection of javax in the pom.xml:
Dependency 'javax:javaee-api:6.0' not found
Is there anything that I need to add/configure in my IntelliJ IDE? I know that the tutorial is maybe not super modern anymore, but I'd just like to follow the example of my university material.

Scope provided not working with mysql-connector-java maven war

I've been trying to find a solution for this for a long time without success.
I have analyzed the dependence tree and seems to have no other lib requiring mysql-connector-java. Besides that, even with scope provided, the jar is being packed on the final war.
My dependency in pom.xml:

Unnecessary dependencies when bundling javafx application with maven

I am building a JavaFX application with maven, using the javafx maven plugin. Now when I execute mvn jfx:jar, it copies a lot of unnecessary jars into the resulting lib dir, like:

maven-antrun-plugin-1.7.jar
maven-plugin-api-2.0.11.jar
and many more. So, it's basically everything I use for compiling the application - but it's certainly not needed for running it. I feel like I should add a <scope>compile</scope> somewhere in the POM, but the <plugin> element doesn't take one as child. How can I tell maven not to include the plugins I use for compilation in the lib directory created with mvn jfx:jar?

I'm the maintainer of the javafx-maven-plugin.
As far as I can see, there is nothing wrong with your pom.xml, maybe this already works when you upgrade the plugin-version to current 8.1.5 ?!
To make sure where some dependency come from, please call mvn dependency:tree, maybe it's your own dependency:

What confuses me: why are you putting "pluginManagement" inside your build instead just "plugins"?
