The title is as clear as it gets. I'm searching for the jain-sip documentation but I'm unable to find it. There is a a link to documentation at the jsip.java.net website but I get send to the hudson builder.
The latest JAIN-SIP javadoc is no longer hosted nor built by Jboss. To locate the latest stuff try the official project site first: https://java.net/projects/jsip
To save some time, here is the latest build spot as of 5/28/14:
https://mobicents.ci.cloudbees.com/job/JAIN-SIP/
You can also find a proper javadoc on the following link JAIN-SIP javadoc. It has the API's in the typical javadocs style.

I have to develop trade capture modules in JAVA using Financial Information eXchange(FIX) Protocol 5.0 SP2.
Although I've tried to look up some tutorials, I cannot get any sample source codes.
How can I get some sample source codes in JAVA using FIX protocol 5.0 SP2?
FIX is a protocol, not a library, so searching for "FIX source code" is misguided and won't get you anywhere.
You need to decide on a library or engine that implements the FIX protocol, and then find examples apps that use it.
For Java, I can suggest QuickFIX/j. There's plenty of docs on that site, the source repo has demo apps.

I've been working with SonarQube for just a little I have downloaded the project from the https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/PLUG/Writing+Custom+Java+Rules+101 page, I jumped to create my own rules, but I still lack a lot more knowledge by how customizing them, I don't know how to visit the nodes and changing them depending on the element found on the syntax, the SonarQube page doesn't explain more than the custom exercise, is there a specific guide for this?
https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/PLUG/Writing+Custom+Java+Rules+101 exercise
This is done with AST, it's implemented with Visitor Pattern.
The easiest way is to check examples provided by SonarSource: https://github.com/SonarSource/sonar-custom-rules-examples
Some examples of AST can be found at Java Parser book
I have done some examples for old version 5.2, you can check them at: https://github.com/devwebcl/sonarqube-plugins-java-5.2

Where can I find the JSapar's updated source code (1.5.x)?
Where can I find an active forum about that library? That library still active?
Thanks in advance.
The home page of the JSaPar project has now moved to https://org-tigris-jsapar.github.io/jsapar/
The sourcecode has moved to https://github.com/org-tigris-jsapar/jsapar where you also can report issues etc.
I am afraid that there is not that much of an active forum for the library but please continue to use StackOverflow. Just add the tag jsapar. ;)

I am new to Accumulo. I have configured Hadoop, Zookeeper, Accumulo.
I also went through the Apache Accumulo wiki and accumulo.apache.org
but they have less number of examples that reveals less information from
development perspective. Can Anyone suggest where resources or PDFs for Accumulo
I can found ?
Have you looked at the set of examples at http://accumulo.apache.org/1.5/examples/? Many of these examples correspond to one or more Java files in the examples/simple module in each Accumulo tarball, or you can browse them here.

I am looking for a Java library to incorporate into a demo web app and have looked on github, Google Code and sourceforge. So far, sourceforge seems to have the biggest selection. Are there any other places to look, or is sourceforge going to be my best bet?
I believe you should take a look on Java-Source.net and OpenSymphony
Perhaps instead of just wandering randomly, you could tell us what kind of library you need and listen to recommendations. That said, obvious sites include Apache, particularly Jakarta, and Savannah. Also note that not everything hosted on GitHub is FOSS.
Freshmeat is also a large source of open source projects. Here is a list of projects tagged as Java libraries.
