I'm trying to do basic a JMS operation using WildFly 26.1.1. I have simple method to lookup jms/RemoteConnectionFactory:
Properties properties = new Properties();
properties.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "org.wildfly.naming.client.WildFlyInitialContextFactory");
properties.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "http-remoting://localhost:8080");
InitialContext ic=new InitialContext(properties);
ConnectionFactory f = (ConnectionFactory) ic.lookup("jms/RemoteConnectionFactory") ;
Unfortunately I'm still receiving this exception:

The above error logs only happen in production server and I have no success in replicating on my local machine and dev server.
Any ideas?
I answered that question once here: Grails Mail service not working with guartz scheduler in war mode
It's the AsyncMail unable to get the server's URL. The simplest thing is to configure it via the grails.serverURL config property.
We are having hard time figuring out the properties defined, minIdle, maxIdle etc.
we are seeing the following error with the following setting

This is resolved. The issue was connection leak from the bad application code. The application code was written to access the underlying native connection to use Oracle Array Types and not managed properly. Changed the code to using SimpleNativeJdbcExtractor
http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/2.0.x/api/org/springframework/jdbc/support/nativejdbc/SimpleNativeJdbcExtractor.html
I'm trying to follow one example from the Java API documentation (http://download.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/java/lang/management/MemoryPoolMXBean.html#Notification) related to the UsageThreshold property of the Memory Pool Beans and notifications. My intention is to do something every time the pool overcomes the threshold. This is the sample code:
MemoryPoolMXBean remoteOldGenMemoryPool =
ManagementFactory.newPlatformMXBeanProxy(
jmxServer,
"java.lang:type=MemoryPool,name=PS Old Gen",
MemoryPoolMXBean.class);
class MyListener implements javax.management.NotificationListener {
public void handleNotification(Notification notification, Object handback) {
String notifType = notification.getType();
if (notifType.equals(MemoryNotificationInfo.MEMORY_THRESHOLD_EXCEEDED)) {
// Do Something
println "Threshold passed";
}
}
}
// Register MyListener with MemoryMXBean
MemoryMXBean remoteMemory =
ManagementFactory.newPlatformMXBeanProxy(
jmxServer,
ManagementFactory.MEMORY_MXBEAN_NAME,
MemoryMXBean.class);
NotificationEmitter emitter = remoteMemory as NotificationEmitter;
MyListener listener = new MyListener();
emitter.addNotificationListener(listener, null, null);
remoteOldGenMemoryPool.setUsageThreshold 500000000;
When I execute the code and connect to my JVM I can see the following:
Threshold passed

For some reason (that I don't understand yet) the code is trying to restart the connection to JVM. Any ideas why this can be happening or how to prevent it? Am I doing somehing wrong?
Thanks
May be you can add a variable to the jmx enviroment, like this:
m.put("jmx.remote.x.client.connection.check.period", 0L);
But, what i have encountered is little different from this.
