What's the reason and possible solution of this weird error in the configuration of IntelliJ and Tomcat?

Since I installed IntelliJ Ultimate Edition I've been experienced a very annoying and random issue when I tried to run the application in which I work.
The application it's a web app in Java, with Spring, Cayenne as ORM, and some stripes framework code.

The problem is that when I tried to run the app (and this happens sometimes, not always, but normally when most I need to run the code), the systems give me the error "Error during artifact deployment. See server log for details."

Some details that maybe are important:
1.- This apparently is an IntelliJ issue, because I can run the app from Eclipse (but it's not a solution because I don't like Eclipse. Sorry)
2.- Sometimes the error "goes away" when I Clean the artifact and rebuild it several times. But not always, and not following some consistence pattern. Sometimes I lost 4 or 5 hours until the system works again.
I would be really grateful if someone can help me in detect what's the problem or how I can to solve it. At least, I will be happy if someone point me in the right direction to investigate further.

Error message is clear - you lack customJackson2JsonObjectMapper spring bean in your context.
Is it defined in another file? Is this file referenced from your spring config?
Then take care that directory containing it is marked as recource directory so it end up on classpath, or place it into appropriate web resource directory.

As the log says it can't load org/sakaiproject/lessonbuildertool/simplepageitem.hbm.xml
Check whether it exists and has correct structure.

I had this same problem when installing Sakai 2.9.3 on Linux (so it may not be the same problem after all). This message suggests that the cause is certain jar files being loaded by multiple class loaders. And indeed, I found that my Tomcat 7 tried to load a commons—dbcp—1.2.2.jar that comes with Sakai, but also /usr/share/tomcat7/lib/commons—dbcp.jar. I moved one of the two out of the way, but the error only went away (according to my installation log) after I switched from Java 1.6 to Java 7. You can configure which jar files will be loaded by which class loaders in Tomcat's conf/catalina.properties, but Sakai's documentation has a high voodoo factor for me at this point.

Looking at the Spring 3.0 API reveals that the missing class is not part of version 3.x. I assume one of your Spring Jar files is still using the 2.5 version. Look at your pom.xml file to try to discover which Jar is still using this version.
Pay close attention to any of the jars in this list.

Frontend requests to App Engine apps have 60 seconds to complete. If your request takes longer than that, it will be terminated. If you need to do a lot of work, you should do it on the Task Queue.

You need to optimize your application for quick setup. For example:
Uses a lightweight framework
Reduces classes scanning (discovery) at framework setup
Minimizes operations in ServletContextListener#contextInitialized
There is a long way for GAE application optimizations, good luck ;-)

Finally we sorted the issue by removing <prop key="hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto">update</prop> from the hibernate configuration,which was for automatically exporting schema DDL to the database when the SessionFactory is created.

looks like you have multiple xml (configuration) files and one of them has the id as remoting-service.

you need to check all your spring config files to find & rename on of the id's.
