I'm using Netbeans IDE for develop mobile application J2ME. Now i'm switchover to android app development. I configured android in netbeans and developed small application. But most of my friends suggest me to use eclipse IDE.I don't know whether continue netbeans or move to eclipse.Which is the best IDE for developing of standard android application?
Eclipse is an IDE VERY similar to Netbeans and also quite easy to install with this bundle.
The reason why Eclipse is better is because it has official support from Google. Netbeans plugins are made by community, not the official android staff.

I'm trying to find big open source projects that use Gradle as a build system. I found only Grails, Spring, Hibernate.
Are there any others?
There are many others. Some that I can recall off the top of my head:
Many projects in the Spring IO platform (not just the Spring framework)
Tapestry
Groovy
Griffon
Qi4J
All Netflix open-source projects
Some more popular projects that use Gradle: Groovy, Mockito and of course Gradle itself :)
And in my point of view the most important one: Android SDK uses Gradle in newer versions to build apps!
Edit: But there are also big companies that use it. You can see some if you go to the Gradleware website and scroll to the end of the page.

I am wondering is there an app that support java programming in iPhone? As we use eclipse to practise java in windows system, what app can I find to get me run java in iPhone? Thank you for your suggestions!
I've never found an app that natively runs Java code, as that would be quite an undertaking for little reward. However, as long as you're connected to the internet, an app named CodeToGo may be of use to you. The programs written on it are sent to a server, run, and sent back with results.
I have not testet it yet, but you can try this:

They say you can write Java-FX Applications for iOS

What can I use to write application for Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5?
Application was written before (not by me) using VB.Net 2008, but I really would like to move away from it to plain C/C++ or possibly Java.
Where can I start and what are my options? I don't have much experience with working with Windows Mobile.
There are several options which you may choose from.
As per http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb677133.aspx
Note: Java is not on this list and cannot be used for app development in Windows mobile.

I am going to develop Confluence plugin using JAVA .I downloaded Confluence SDK and installed in my local machine. We don not know how to create plugin project in either Netbeans or Eclipse IDE.
Atlassian has e very good documentation about this:
Create a HelloWorld Plugin Project
Set Up the Eclipse IDE for Windows
Set up the Atlassian Plugin SDK and Build a Project
Also have a look at:
Confluence Plugin Guide
Writing Confluence Plugins
Have you tried that?

A simple Google search should be enough...
