I am trying to upload a dmp file in database. In my localhost(tomcat) everything is working perfect but after deployment to linux server on tomcat it fails to upload even 46 kb file. If file size is very small say 4 Kb then it uploads properly. Exception that i get is mentioned below:

I have WSO2 1.7.0 setup on a local Ubuntu 14.04 using Oracle Server JRE 1.7.0_72. I've created a new API successfully however when I attempt to import the implementation from our Swagger docs (also hosted locally) I get this error in the logs and a popup alert in the management console with the content "null".
Steps:
Create new API
Import implementation from Swagger
Save
The error in the logs is:

It seems that you have not specified any operations in your swagger document which is leading to this exception.
Could you verify your swagger document format against this?

The NoClassDefFoundError happens because the dependencies the executing JAR file is looking for aren't in the same place as where you're executing that JAR from. Or (and this is where I'm fuzzy), they aren't set in your class_path so that the runtime can find them when it executes this JAR.
I encountered this recently when trying to run OpenGrok; I was executing the JAR using its fully qualified path (java c:\opengrok\opengrok.jar) instead of setting my current working directory to c:\opengrok and executing java opengrok.jar).
I have a user form wherein a user can upload an image..I want to stor that image on Apache tomcat server..
I tried out a code like this.
String filePath = getServlet().getServletContext().getRealPath("/") +"Images";
outputStream = new FileOutputStream(filePath);
outputStream.write(userForm.getUploadedFile().getFileData());
but its giving me FileNotFound Exception..I am unable to figure out what is the issue.

Please guide on this..
I'm trying to send a gzipped multipart entity from a simple java application (code to be used later in Android) to a service built by RESTEasy. I've tried a few things, but basically it comes down to this:
GZip POST request with HTTPClient in Java
I always get an exception saying the content is not in GZIP format. I tried removing the gzip content-encoding header and ungzipping the content myself (not leaving it to RESTEasy), and I get the same exception.
The content I am sending is in JSON format. I am using multipart entities because there is a lot of it, and the multipart entities are being buffered to disk while uploaded.
I can use anything else. Is there any proven way for this to work with Jetty Client for example?
Edit:

Returning from PlainCallHandler
I found few solution for the above issue :
1)Increase keepAliveTimout in apache
2)Change the way of reading input in ParseUtil class of dwr jar
from
BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(req.getInputStream()));
to
BufferedReader in = req.getReader();
But issue is still reproducible in IE8
I also tried to give alert message "Internal Server Error. Please Try Again" when this exception occur but alert is not coming. I have done changes in dwr-engine.js for showing alert message
1)Increase keepAliveTimout in apache
2)Change the way of reading input in ParseUtil class of dwr jar
