Spring Security 3.2 XML configuration - java

I know that this problem here very popular. But anyone didn't help me.
The problem is that I can't configure my spring-security.xml config file. I'm also have 404 error on / page.

spring-security-context
From Spring Security docs at https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/3.0.x/reference/ns-config.html, I found the following quote
To start using the security namespace in your application context, you first need to make sure that the spring-security-config.jar is on your classpath. Then all you need to do is add the schema declaration to your application context file:

spring security configuration doesn't work

Deploying web application in Tomcat 7 on Amazon EC2 on Ubuntu

I'm trying to deploy my web application in tomcat 7 on external virtual machine Amazon EC2 on ubuntu and I always get an error. I'm running web application on my computer and it works.
Error:

I deploy a simple programm HelloWorld and it works.
My spring version is 3.2.9RELEASE.

I added in data.xml string:

Also i deleted all russian comments! And now it works!

Spring #Scheduler is executing twice. I am using spring security, if i remove context param spring security not working

I am using spring Scheduler and spring security in my application. If spring-servlet.xml file assign in context param, spring security working fine but spring Scheduler executing twice.

As M.Deinum tell you in comments, you are falling in double loading of the root context.

You must create a new config.xml, let's name it application-context or any other name you prefer. Now you must take your spring-servlet.xml and move nearly all suff ther to the new config file, so both files will be like this:

Spring Security - pages redirect to login even if authentication successfull on Explorer and Safari

I'm working on a web-app Spring MVC with Spring Security for the authentication.
Everything works fine except on Explorer and Safari. When I log in successfully I can access at one page and when I want to access another page, the browser ask me to log again... I have tested the application on Chrome and Firefox and everything is OK...

UPDATE
I've found that my problem occurs when I use an address with a redirection.
My site www.xxxx.com redirect on xxx.synology.me
When I try to connect direct on xxx.synology.me I have not any problems on Safari.
Is there something specific to do with the cross-domaine cookies?

Why #Component Spring Filter is not found ?

I have implement COrs Filter to handle the CORS. But the Filter is not found by Spring. So i still have the following error:

Why this configuration <context:annotation-config /> does not work ?

You need to register the filter in web.xml, not as component in spring context.
To register in web.xml, add an xml fragment similar to characterEncodingFilter:

If you need to add a "spring-bean" as a web-filter:
You could use a delegating filter proxy , like spring-security does
You can also use WebAppInitializer, but this is more complicated.
