I build and run my app with mvn jfx:run but i would like to add CDI to it. Now running it ends with Missing beans.xml file in META-INF!
Is there any way to make it add files from META-INF to jar?
Or maybe there is an alternative way of building javafx apps with maven(without antrun)?
Here is my pom.xml

I searched on the Internet but it seems like this error isn't common, and might be linked with dependencies' version ?
Thank you
Problem is mismatching Spring Boot (2.1.8.RELEASE) and Spring Core (5.0.12) versions. Core is 5.0.12, because it is transitive dependency of spring-beans 5.0.12.
DataSize is part Spring Core since 5.1. Boot version 2.1.x expects Core 5.1, as one can see from release notes. Exact version one can found from pom.xml.
One can of course define versions manually, but that is lot of works - especially when Spring Boot version changes:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-context</artifactId>
<version>5.1.9.RELEASE</version>
</dependency>
Because it is rather tedious (though doable) to match versions manually, one should use spring-boot-dependencies in depencyManagement (link to documentation):
<dependencyManagement>
<dependencies>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-dependencies</artifactId>
<version>2.1.8.RELEASE</version>
<type>pom</type>
<scope>import</scope>
</dependency>
</dependencies>
</dependencyManagement>
And remove version from dependencies such as spring-beans and spring-context etc.:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-beans</artifactId>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-context</artifactId>
</dependency>
Version should be defined (instead of inheriting from spring-boot-dependencies) only if there is valid reason to use some other version.
I am trying to deploy my spring boot and Angular 8 web project.
I tried deploying with including angular 8 build bundle in webapp folder.
Rest api is working but html content in not being fetched.

I expect my app to serve login module by default but base href
<base href='/'></base>
property is "/" for all so I am getting 404 error for my styles and Js files.
Also it would be of great help if some one helps me to figure out how to achieve this in a micro-services architecture.

You can try adding the following code in build tag in your pom.xml file
<plugin>
<artifactId>maven-clean-plugin</artifactId>
<version>3.1.0</version>
</plugin>
Hope it works for you!
I'm woking on Java project. I use Maven, Wildfly and IntelliJ IDEA, running on Ubuntu 16.04. I've created a simple Hello-world application in Main class, using System.out.println() . I'm trying to deploy it on Wildfly server. What I'm doing is:
1. Run standalone.sh
2. Deploy project from it's folder.
Now, as far as I understand, I should see the result, if I type localhost:8080/'Project name'. But when I follow the link, i get Error 404.
Should I use any other tools?
Or how the application should be structered in order to be deployable on Wildfly server?
Here's my pom.xml:

Since I am packaging a jar (i.e. Maven jar project), I don't know why m2e insists on setting the Eclipse project's source folder's output to write to target/WEB-INF/classes. I tried changing it to point to build/classes, but as soon as I do a Maven -> Update Project it changes it back.
Why? Am I missing a project level setting?
Update: Added pom.xml

The reason this was happening was because I had this "outputDirectory" tag in the <build> section of the parent pom.
<!-- for hot reload of the web application -->
<outputDirectory>${project.build.directory}/${project.build.finalName}/WEB-INF/classes
</outputDirectory>
As soon as I removed that, the Maven Update removed "WEB-INF" from the .classpath output directories.
