I currently moving to java from PHP.
Is there any tools equivalent like composer in PHP for JAVA?
Composer is a command line tools for easily download other library and put that in our local project.

The most popular tools for that are: Maven, Ivy, Grape, Gradle, Bundlr, SBT, Leiningen, but they're keeping dependencies for all projects in one folder. Composer keeps dependencies inside a project, in a subdirectory.
You can browse content of main Maven repository: https://mvnrepository.com/

I'm looking for downloadable sources for com.eviware.soapui packages as well as some child packages. SOAP UI seems to be an open source tool, so I'm hopeful that this thing is available. Any help, please?
Sources for SoapUI are hosted by GitHub and can be found at https://github.com/SmartBear/soapui/.
Here you can also have a peek of what is coming in the next release by looking at the branch called next. To download the sources without having to fiddle with git you can press the Download ZIP button to the right.
The sources are also included in the installation packages of the the free version of SoapUI, which can be found at http://www.soapui.org/.

I used java-cloudfiles-1.0.jar (of rackspace) ,
I need to know what is the new version of this jar and from where i can download it.
can you please elaborate and send the link ?
The latest version of java-cloudfiles is 1.10.0. You can get it by downloading it from the Rackerlabs GitHub page and building it with ant.
However, you should be aware that java-cloudfiles has been deprecated in favor of jclouds. More resources are also available on the Rackspace SDKs page. If you're already upgrading, I'd recommend changing to the newer SDK instead!

I am new to spring framework and Maven. I search it but its very diverse and I could get a concert answer. What is Maven? Is it like git?
Maven is a build system for java projects (like ant, gradle, buildr, etc.) Therefore, a 'maven web project' would be a web project that uses maven as a build system, whereas a 'spring web project' is just a spring based web project, and it doesn't say anything about which build system is used.

I am searching for Java code obfuscator like the one in Netbeans J2ME Project and in Android Project in Eclipse- to works with any (not only J2ME) Java project in Eclipse and Netbeans.
Is there any plugin or external application , that I am looking for?
If you are also want "string encryption" the Stringer Java Obfuscator has Eclipse Plugin but it is commercial obfuscator: Marketplace Link
N.B. I'm CEO at Licel LLC. Developer of Stringer Java Obfuscator.
ProGuard is the established standard, I guess
