I take a lot of screenshots of websites (thousands/month).
Each screenshot captured should include address bar of the browser (top), taskbar of the desktop (bottom) and webpage (in between) plus i need each saved image file to be named after the website's url.
Can anyone suggest me any software ? I tried several s/w, none supported this .
Can I do this using java or any other language ?
Yes, of course you can do it using Java. Have a look at the Robot Class therefore.
The method createScreenCapture should exactly do what you are looking for.

What libraries we can use nowadays to embed HTML with Java Swing. I mean for production ready code. I know there were some lubearies in the past but are there viable options for HTML5?
CSSBox and SwingBox are still being updated and maintained, and I've used them successfuly in side projects. You can find them here:
SwingBox
CSSBox
Maybe you can try JavaFX?

Shai Almog
You have made facebook clone and whatsapp clone. So you can easily help me.Can you please give me the source code for that or i have made a similar app in android studio and can I convert it to Codename one
The full source code for these applications is available as part of this course https://codenameone.teachable.com/p/build-real-world-full-stack-mobile-apps-in-java
Pulling out a snippet for something like this is nearly impossible as the apps are large and intertwined. There are samples for file upload in the javadocs and a sample image gallery in the kitchen sink demo.

What I want to do is an iPhone app. But I want to program this in Java : is it possible?
Because, to program an iPhone app you have to program in Swift or Objective C, but can we do it in Java?...
There was a solution: RoboVM. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. But still available here: https://github.com/robovm/robovm
Also you may look at: Avian and Intel Multi-OS Engine
There is a solution https://www.codenameone.com/ which allows WORA for iOS and many other OS's including Windows UWP etc.

I have a copy of the Java documentation. It takes me forever to find what I'm looking for, I can't search, and the layout is terrible.
Is there an MSDN equivalent to an API reference for Java, that will run in an application that provides a searchable index and categories?
Thanks
Sure, if you're are using windows or a chm viewer on linux or something else, at this site: http://www.allimant.org/javadoc/index.php
you can find the complete api reference in an unique file (indexing and searching capabilities are also available)
If you use NetBeans, you can do a full text search in the Javacocs API (Shift-F1), right from within the editor (e.g. the selected word)

I have really enjoyed playing Robocode with my first robot. Now I want to make something a little more exciting. What's the best tutorial on making advanced robots?
Have you tried robowiki.net? They have a ton of resources including advanced topics like:
Pattern Matching
Clustering
Statistical partitioning
A number of the top bots in the Roborumble are also open source.
When you're ready, be sure to enter your robot in the rumble.
