I'm studying Spring and its Login system. I'm trying to following this example: http://www.beingjavaguys.com/2014/05/spring-security-custom-login-form.html.
When I start tomcat from eclipse, I get immediately this error on the eclipse console:

What it mean?? I'm using spring 3.1.4
Assuming you have copied the tutorials example files, in your security-config.xml file, try replacing these opening and closing elements and namespace declarations:

Console log : while running the server. I have tried deleting .m2 folder jars so that they are not corrupted but still the same error. Is it because I'm running Spring 3.2 with Tomcat 9.0 and Java 8?

Looks like you are missing the schema from your classpath - the XSD is in the namespace sub-project and gets bundled into the spring-data-hadoop jar.

The error message you are having is:

The XML namespace for beans element is http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans and not http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/beans. This is mentioned in the documentation.

I have to deploy my application to a machine that doesn't have internet connection.

You are referring to the 4.0 version of the XSD and you have a former version of the Spring framework in your classpath.
That's one of the reason why you should not set a version in your XSD import as the one corresponding to your classpath will be loaded automatically for you.
Replace http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-4.0.xsd to http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx.xsd and you'll be fine (you need to update the context import as well.
For some odd reason this error occurs when I start up my application.

Yet another edit: You might try changing the default namespace in the web.xml to use the "old" namespace in the root element.
