Unable to run Eclipse Neon.3 with Java 10

I have just downloaded Elicpse Neon 3. When running it, it asked for inputting of workspace, which I point it to a new preferred location. Then after hitting OK, it shows me an error message box
An error has occured. See the log file C:\test\.metadata\.log
I am aware there has been many questions been asked in Stackoverflow, but I have tried most of the solutions, which include deleteing the metadata, but I am still not able to get Eclipse running.
My environment:
Java JDK 10.0.2
Java JRE 10.0.2
java version screenshot here
I have also include C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-10.0.2\bin and C:\Program Files\Java\jre-10.0.2\bin into the environment variable path. Hope to have advice.
The error from .log is as below

Java 10 didn't exist when Neon.3 was released in early 2017; even Java 9 was still six months away.
Get the current Eclipse release, 2020-06, instead: https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ .

Just installed the newest Eclipse Neon for the first time on my PC. After being asked for the work space I get an error message asking me to check .log. This is the message. Anyone know how to fix this?

Looks like this is due to using Java 9, can either download Java 8 JDK and point Eclipse to use it or follow this configuration.
https://wiki.eclipse.org/Configure_Eclipse_for_Java_9
I would recommend just using a java 8 JDK as the java 9 support for is still beta.

I trid to follow some SO thread like

bu nothing to do, How can i solve this problem?
Something looks wrong in Eclipse own jars,
The error indicates a failure wile loading classes from one jar,
Try to get a fresh copy of the jars and replace it inside Eclipse directory.
If that didn't work, your best bet would be to install a fresh copy of eclipse (and I suggest you install Eclipse-Luna)
Try installing it by using eclipse-inst-win64.exe. That fixed the problem for me:
