I have some problem with my HTTP Client project, with HTTP Method GET, The problem is, when i run my app on Android Emulator it works perfect, when i use my code in Java Desktop app, it works too, but when i import in APK file and load on my Android device, i does not works at all, I don't know why.

Your code is blocking and it's not allowed in Android. You must use another thread for your httpclient or use android specific AsyncTask.

I am trying to implement login and signup form in Android with the help of JSON using post method. When i signup and enter the details it successfully register and data has been shown in my local host sever and when i login its enter wrong username and password its show incorrect details in toast and enter right details shows login success in toast, but i want when i enter right details its goes to another activity. and enter wrong details shows only toast. I am able to register json data to my server, I am even getting response, but not able to show it in toast as well as send it to other activity (main activity).
I converted the response to string and tried to send to my mainactivity using getter but I am not able to see it in Log.i, even in toast that I mentioned. Here's my code:

I was not able to get response in onpostexecute as well so I removed it and thought to convert it in string and send it using getter and parse it in other activity. I am able to see response in log.i("o/p") mentioned above in the code, but I don't know why its not getting sent.

The toast I see is empty.
Explanation:
Because you are creating two different objects of SendJsonDataToServer
First:
new SendJsonDataToServer().execute(String.valueOf(a));
Second:
SendJsonDataToServer S = new SendJsonDataToServer();
So these two objects will get different memory allocation. when you get response by this code
String Jr = S.getJR();
then you will get the response that was created in different object from the object you got response. So Jr will be obviously empty. That's why you cannot print the response that you expect.
Solution:
First:
You need to execute
Toast.makeText(MainActivity.this, Jr, Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
in

I have to make attendance app for college.The app will take data from colleges website and display it on app according to user login and password.
When we login into college's website we have to put id and password, same thing I want on my app so that user can see it on an app itself.

I have a thread that sends GPS coordinates to a database every six seconds and I have a check that verifies that the user is within a defined area. If the user is not within the location, I want an alert dialog that notifies them that they are out of range, and if they are within the area I want a dialog that tells them they are within range. I have the checks working properly, but I have tried and I'm pretty sure that I can't add the dialog on the background thread. I have read a bit about using handlers but I'm not sure how to implement one. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it! Thanks.

It is a little difficult to read the entire code, but I will show you how to display an AlertDialog from a background Thread:
Create a handler inside onCreate(), or onResume()... something that runs on the UI-Thread:
...onCreate(){
//...
mHandler=new Handler();
}
Then inside your Thread() just use:
mHandler.post(new Runnable() {
public void run(){
//Be sure to pass your Activity class, not the Thread
AlertDialog.Builder builder = new AlertDialog.Builder(MyActivity.this);
//... setup dialog and show
