Do i need a website for my mobile application to manage admin page or i could do this within the app?
you can make your app get videos and pictures from a file hosting service like google drive but still you need a server to store links to those videos this way you reduce Hosting expenses.
If your concern for owning a website is just payment you can just try free storage/server/domain websites like webhost or hostinger
As mentioned it's free as long as you dont buy "extra" services (which isn't necessary since they offer a lot to begin with! at least it is the case for me, you get somthing like - 2GB storage, 100,000 Mega bandwidth, 2 MYSQL databases and i think 2 free domains for a website (you dont have to build a website you can just use the storage like I do)
you can also try:
1.uploading videos to youtube
2.google drive maybe
3.free image storage website (make sure it wont get deleted after some time like in some of the websites).

I am creating a game app where you need the ability to be able to create profiles for other players and store them on your phone. I have been looking around for help, but I can't seem to find any tutorial or help for this. Does anyone know which aspect of java I need to research and learn about? I have seen that it might be to do with App-specific files but I'm not sure if that is the right thing.
You can store user information in files (XML / JSON format). You can use the database too - Android supports SQLite (SQLlite database is stored as single file). Android creates files in private folder, other applications cannot access them.
More informations about files:

Example of usage of SQLite:

Remember not to store user sensitive data in plaintext.

Basically, i used react.js for the front end and node.js/express.js as backend to be able to store and access data from my database(mySQL). I also used JAVA springboot to create my own api to fetch data from external sources such as JIRA with basic authentication. I was wondering if this is a good ‘structure’ in order to fetch data from jira, display it in a table and store it in my database. Now my other queston is, i run 3 local host servers to make this function, if i want to deploy and put all this in a web server would it make me need 3 servers running ? I’ve never deployed anything so my main concern is that. Thank you
I think you can put things simple and easy for you by choosing one language/framework for all your back-end process. Between NodeJs/Express and Java/Spring you can choose what you really like and are more comfortable with. Because definitely what you can do with one you can almost do it with the other. It is just a question of choice if there is no requirement.
About the second question, do you mean 3 physical servers ? It is possible to run all your three apps on the same physical server. You just have to set a specific port for each one.

I am new to android app development is there any plugin that capture different webpages to get user interactions with webpage UI,user device name, user session, user time spend on a particular screen and display those records on my mobile application.
thanks.
Your best bet would be google analytics. Its pretty straightforward and well documented.
See here : Google Analytics
If you mean you have a web application for mobile,
What about clicktale ?
it shows a full report of clicks like hitmap and more, also google analytics is one of the best free users analysing tool, you can combine many tools using the google tag manager, its actually a industry by itself
I would recommend using clickale and google analytics at first.

So I'm starting an android project, very new to it and to java.
But I have a knowledge in programming, especially VB.
I'm planning to create and app for certain users to see the data from a database. Is it possible without an internet connection? If not, will be a difficult task?
Where is the database? Is it online? When you say "Data Connection" do you mean Edge/4G/LTE or WiFi or Bluetooth? Your device has to connect at least once to the database in order to copy over the required data, and it depends on the database, but you might as well just copy it locally all over to the device itself.
Here are few starting points:
Internet
WiFi
Bluetooth
Database (SQL)
I also recommend getting this book for beginners (try Google-ing it, you know...) . It was very helpful for me to use it. In about a week (if you are fast like that) you can have a pretty solid experience and understanding.

I am attempting to build a database that will allow a user to upload their music to be accessed by someone else/third party. How would I create it so that the music can be uploaded to a database but providing a path for it to be accessed from where it is stored?
As in A Band upload “Song” and it is then streamed by A Fan.
If it can't upload to a database I need to upload it to a server.
We are building the back end in Java and the front end in HTML.
We are also using Glassfish and Netbeans for writing the code.
You can store files in a BLOB field in a database for example. Another possibility would be to store them directly on the file system, but it has its problems (such as the lack of metadata).
Then you'll need to figure how you want to map each file, for example http://myserver.com/Artist/Album/Songname or http://myserver.com/listen?uniqueid=743.
File upload servlets are available all over the web, so that shouldn't be a problem. The rest is up to your programming skills (this might be too big of a project for you).
Then you'll just need to connect those things together, and that's the part where you start to program (or hit the Google hard).
