SpagoBI/BIRT JDBC connection

I made a Datasource connection in SpagoBI using JDBC connection [com.mysql.jdbc.Driver ( v5.0)]
Connection is succesfull.Then I start to build a new data set. I could see all the tables in my database. But when I click Preview Results I am getting error.

Multiple statements in single mapper method in MyBatis

I have a mapper method to delete all records in a table. But first I need to delete all records from associated junction table. This is what I tried:

That seemed reasonable, yet MyBatis throws an exception when processing my mapper:

I'm using MyBatis 3.2.6, MySQL 5.5.35-1ubuntu1 and MySQL Connector 5.1.26.

The problem was that I hadn't set the flag allowMultiQueries=true in the JDBC URL.

java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe with Quartz and MySQL and Tomcat (Tomcat Crash)

Following is the stack trace. I read that the Broken Pipe is because of Unclosed connection for 8 hours and the connection close automatically. I saw this http://itellity.wordpress.com/2011/05/18/getting-rid-of-socketexception-broken-pipe-with-quartz-and-mysql-on-jboss/ .I could not reproduce in my local machine.
Is there any way I can reproduce this in my local machine.
Will this make a tomact crash? I am using a very old version of quartz jar 1.6.5 and tomcat 6.0.18. will that be an issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I am using
org.quartz.dataSource.QUARTZ_NO_TX.validateOnCheckout = true
org.quartz.dataSource.QUARTZ_NO_TX.validationQuery = select 1
on my quartz properties also
autoreconnect=true
Is there any way I can reproduce this by changing the mysql properties. I am getting this only on my server.

I believe it is related to MySQL stale connection that is dropped after 8 hours.
