I want to print all the jars, along with their versions at runtime. I found this link, but it prints just the classpath resources.
EDIT
Ok. Can I log all jars along with their versions while building the project?

http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/examples/resolving-conflicts-using-the-dependency-tree.html
mvn dependency:tree
That's what you can get. Jars and versions.
But not at runtime ofc ;) Maven is a build tool. It builds. Not runs. So you can check current jars and versions (dependencies) you're project using. Read ppeterka comment above.

I tried building an application using listener and logger but I'm getting maven error when I'm running the application.
mvn package -nsu -DskipMunitTests has encountered a problem
I've also checked the POM file for wrong dependencies but it didn't work.
I checked POM dependencies for wrong format but I couldn't identify any irregular dependencies.

Hello everyone I have downloaded CalendarFX from github and I'm trying to build it to obtain the .JAR files but I haven't been able to make it work someone could help me? It would be very helpful thank you. Here is the link of the github repository: https://github.com/dlemmermann/CalendarFX#building-it
I'm using Eclipse by the way.
The directions on the Github repository are simply telling you to install, but it isn't explicity stated that you are supposed to do it with Maven. The pom.xml file (stands for Project Object Model) is fundamental to Maven projects.
Using command line, change directory to path of this project, then:
mvn install
... assumes you have Maven installed.
Finally, as stated on the repository's readme:
Once completed you will find the installation inside the target folder of the assembly module.

I just want to build a opensource program, [program]: https://qupath.github.io
However I barely used Java and maven before, I downloaded the code of itself, but, I don't know how to build or run the code..
I already watched several utube videos, but It doesn't help. I got problem at a below point.
If you need to work with a Maven project (in good shape) with recent versions of IntelliJ, you should just "File -> Open" the folder containing the pom.xml file.
After a bit of pondering, you should be able to right-click on the class you need and choose "Run" or "Debug".

How to add old project to maven build tool to do updations and modifications.
Please give me some suggestions.
Taking a shot in the dark at what you mean. If you go to your project in Eclipse and right click on it and go to Configure->Convert To Maven Project it will display a dialogue box for you to add your Groupe Id,Artifact Id,Version,Packaging, and the Name.
Assuming you have maven installed. If you don't you can go to Maven's instructions on installing maven once you've downloaded the proper .zip file.

How can I download all the dependencies of a given artifact recursively?
There is a specific command for doing this:
mvn dependency:go-offline
It will cause all dependencies needed to build the current project to be downloaded to the local repository.
Subsequently, you can either implicitly operate offline without a connection, or force offline mode using -o:
mvn -o compile test
