Hibernate and MySQL connector error.Unable to connect to database and map data

While mapping data to database (MySQL) this error pop up. I am new to Hibernate.

Ubuntu-16.04 - Hibernate5.2 - PostgreSql9.5 Password Authentication Issue

I am using PostgreSql for the first time and stuck with connection authentication problem. I have created a new user "hibernate" with password and able to make connection through Squirrel SQL client. However when I use the same username and password in Hibernate, it fails stating that authentication failed for my "desktop username" (Yes. somewhere my local user name gets in and I am not able to figure out.
Can someone tell me what could be wrong with my PostgreSQL configuration ?

I have installed MySQL and its username is root and password is 2323
What is wrong?

Seems a typo to me,is your Mysql listening on port 33606
"jdbc:mysql://localhost:33606"
It should be (default,if you have not changed) 3306,please verify.

Solving a "communications link failure" with JDBC and MySQL

If you're getting org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Error calling Driver#connect or Communications link failure then it means you're unable to connect to DB. It could be because of you may not be using the right driver or your database is not reachable. Here are few steps which can be used to identify the issue. You can refer this post for detail explanation.
IP address or hostname in JDBC URL is wrong.
Hostname in JDBC URL is not recognized by local DNS server.
Port number is missing or wrong in JDBC URL.
DB server is down.
DB server doesn't accept TCP/IP connections.
DB server has run out of connections.
Something in between Java and DB is blocking connections, e.g. a firewall or proxy.
To solve the one or the other, follow the following advices:
Verify and test them with ping.
Refresh DNS or use IP address in JDBC URL instead.
Verify it based on my.cnf of MySQL DB.
Start the DB.
Verify if mysqld is started without the --skip-networking option.
Restart the DB and fix your code accordingly that it closes connections in finally.
Disable firewall and/or configure firewall/proxy to allow/forward the port.

JPA, HIBERNATE strange error

i dont know why im getting this error, i tryed a lot of different persistence.xml configs over the internet, but the error never change...
and in my classpath i have all the .jars from required folder from this hibernate download ( http://hibernate.org/orm/) and i downloaded the validator, i have everything in WebContent/web-inf/libs and the hibernate.xml is in the src/meta-inf....
what can be?
