I want to create dynamic views with x number of rows for each CardView that gets created. To help illustrate my idea this image shows what I essentially want to do.
For each CardView I want to be able to put any amount of TableRows into the CardView. So one CardView could have 4 rows whereas the next CardView could have 2 rows and so on.
EDIT: Implementation
Essentially this view is replicated several times, I would like to minimise having to write seperate layouts for each CardView with x amount of rows like in the Card Storage implemenation which is more reusable than what I currently have. If number of rows per card view is less then you can inflate edit text and add it to linear layout.
Note : It's a bad practice to add scroll view inside a scroll view

please make sure all images and icons used in the app are lower sizes even loading dynamic images for that you can use tinypng.com or tinyjpg.com
also, using pagination in RecyclerView will improve your app performance.
and make sure JSON/XML list response is minimal.

In error it is saying that the Adapter for RecylerView is not attached. So, try to add adapter to the layout using:
recyclerView.setAdapter(categoryAdapter);
I am assuming homebuyer_adapter_recycler is your adapter.
According to that, you haven't really set your adapter as the logcat is specifying.
Add the below code instead of allitemsgrid.setAdapter(r);
allitemsgrid.setAdapter(homebuyer_adapter_recycler);

I'm trying to start another activity after clicking on a CardView inside a RecyclerView. The new activity renders after the click on any of the items inside the RecyclerView (It does the transition and changes the title TextView), but it does not show any of the TextView's inside the CardView on the layout.
The OnClick method is being set as an interface and being implemented in the first Activity.

From clicking in a Card on the MainActivity, I expected to render the second activity with it's TextViews (This is a test), but it's rendering a blank page instead.
try removing #Nullable PersistableBundle persistentState from onCreate on your second activity
I have been struggling a few days with this problem.
It is really strange.
I have a fragment with the following structure.
ScrollView
ConstraintLayout
TextView1
TwoWayView1
TextView2
TwoWayView2
The TwoWayView (RecyclerView library) is being populated with the items,
I added a onItemClickListener to test if the items is indeed there.
So when I tap on an empty space in the area where the item should be. It gives me the correct position and name of that item. But the item is not visible.
I really hope someone can help me.

It did work a few hours ago. But after added more components and the required code in the EventsAdapter. It stopped working. And try to go back to the working build, But no success

Android Studio showed that my font color was the greyish color, while in real life it was actually white (or my Accent Color).
I just changed the color of the text font and everything was working perfectly.
I'm in the process of learning android app development however I have come to an impasse. My RecyclerView is picking up how many items are in my String array however it is not showing the actual data in text1, any help would be much appreciated.
