I would like to know how I can store a boolean with SharedPreferences and disable a button. If you restart the app, the button should remain disabled.

You're not checking the condition to enable or disable button that you're getting from SharedPreference. Do something like this:
btn1.setEnabled(speicher.getBoolean("Data1", enabled));
Try this one it will work.
Remove this line on your code. Because initialized again here.
"speicher = getSharedPreferences("Daten", 0);"

SharedPreferences speicher = getApplicationContext().getSharedPreferences("Daten", 0);

Store the value like this

I am also very new to Android but I'll try to answer. The reason why you are getting the exception is because when the Activity is created there is nothing in the String maxDead, given it is assigned on the top as private String maxDead. You only assign a value to it when you click your button. Where do you want to use this value? I can't comment yet, that's why I am writing this in an answer. :(
This is an example of how I use SharedPreferences:
SharedPreferences spref = getSharedPreferences("MY_PREFS", Context.MODE_PRIVATE);
SharedPreferences.Editor editor = spref.edit();
editor.putString("maxDead", mEditTextDead.getText().toString());

And then somewhere (another activity/fragment) where you need the value:
String maxDead = spref.getString("maxDead", "");
You're getting the error because of this :
public String maxDead = mSharedPreferences.getString("maxDead", "DEFAULT");
as you've not initialized mSharedPreferences so, its throwing NullPointerException.
change this to :
public String maxDead;
and then initialize maxDead in your onCreate method after you initialize mSharedPreferences :
maxDead = mSharedPreferences.getString("maxDead", "DEFAULT");
UPDATE
You're not getting the updated value of the maxDead inside the onClickListener as the value of the variable maxData is set only once in the onCreate. So the variable is not updated when the value of maxData is updated in the SharedPreferences. So, instead of keeping a variable you should use a method like this to get the latest value from the SharedPreference :

mSharedPreferences = PreferenceManager.getDefaultSharedPreferences(this.getBaseContext());

Basically I want that when I longClick a textbox (calc_monday), a dialog box should appear which appears. Now I should be able to write something on the EditText field which appears on this dialog box. Whatever I write should be stored and then displayed when I SINGLE CLICK on the same textbox (calc_monday)

What's wrong with the code
When you long press calc_monday, it just show your custom dialog with empty value for EditText. To save your text when input in EditText, create a button in your custom dialog, and call onClickListener action for this button, then save value to SharePreferences.

I have two different activity's. First one only showed to the user first time - to store phonenumber inside sharedprefs. I think the problem is my load from prefs method but just in case I will leave everything here to make it more relevant to future users. It looks like in both activitys the "mobilnummer" is saved - but I am having problem to display them.
The idea is it to be overwritten if user updates it - I think the method will do that?

Your crash occurs because your value is null:
String savedID;
You need to add a value to the variable:
String savedID = "somevalue";
Also, your key is null as long as the Button is not pressed which will also lead to a crash.
The putString(String key, String value) method enables you to store a specific value with a specific key, that can later be used to reaccess the stored value.
Example:
String key = "somekey";
String value = "yourvaluetostore";
SharedPreferences settings = getSharedPreferences(PREFS_NAME, 0);
SharedPreferences.Editor editor = settings.edit();
editor.putString(key, value); // store the value

In another Activity:

All you need in the other Activity is the key you stored the value with. With this key, you can pull the correct stored value out of the SharedPreferences. --> The key is needed to identify the value.

and make sure that its done on the Onclick event otherwise you might end up with crash again because after the on-click event in your code the lines below will run anyway and save null!
