I would like to use Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint API in my web application.
The websites I found show C# coding but my web application is developed in Java.
How do I integrate Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint API in my Java web application?
I also wonder, but I have find out, that Windows Hello is based on Intel solution Real Sense https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense also for Linux. I dont see, that they have Java API, but I would say, that java native wrapper can be created for library. There is also documentation https://software.intel.com/sites/products/realsense/person/developer_guide.html#3.2.3_Person_Recognition. I have not tried it yet, but I think, it can be good point of start.
this also may help us to get stuff working https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/code-sample-facial-recognition-using-intel-realsense-sdk

I want to make an app which is purely based on AI-based functionality, and I'd like to use some python libraries for that (looking mostly at natural language processing and deep learning). Now, I know there are tools (kivy, NDK) to I can use to develop the app entirely in python, but I really want to develop the app using JAVA.
How can I make an android app with JAVA, while still using some python libraries?
As a general approach, you could use Android Studio, which employs Java and XML files, to build your app, and tie that app to python-powered RESTful web services on a back end. Eve is an open-source Python REST API framework which would allow for this.

I want to profile a Java code programmatically in Java. I have searched the internet about tutorials but in vain. All that I've come across is how to profile a Java code using a third party application. It would be of great help if you guys can suggest some profiling API in Java and how to use it.
JProfiler has an API for profiling where the results are directly accessible from the API - no GUI required.
See the api/samples/platform example in the installation directory and the javadoc in api/javadoc.
Disclaimer: My company develops JProfiler.

Dynamic-link library (also written unhyphenated), or DLL, is Microsoft's implementation of the shared library concept in the Microsoft Windows
Android is a mobile operating system (OS) based on the Linux kernel and currently developed by Google.
So no, you cant. Teoretically in some kind of VM, still - no.

is there any way to put normal java code into a website? i have made a game with DrJava and i would like to put that somehow onto a website, is there a way to do such a thing? like would I have to convert java to javascript or what? this is not an applet and is just written in normal java, and i am no expert in coding. please help
You could always run the Java program from an applet. You might need to sign the applet and take care of permissions if you need filesystem or socket access.
Java has applets. However, like SLaks said Java's not meant for the browser Sun tried early on to make Java the programming language of choice for the web client-side and failed.

Are there any Java EE frameworks that are similar to CodeIgniter for PHP?
I need to convert a PHP web app to Java for my company. (This is because they want to deploy the app on a Heroku Server) Currently, the application uses the CodeIgniter framework. This is my first Java EE project and I am in the process of learning JSF right now, but while I am doing that, I would like to know of possible frameworks that I should be looking at/ considering for this project.
Not sure abt Heroku deployment, but Spring is a very capable f/w in Java. For small to medium size apps, Play f/w is also a good option.
