Autowire 2 instances of the same class in Spring - java

I try to create 2 instances of the same class using Spring and I want to let Spring manage the Dependency Injection. The problem I encounter is the fact that any of these instances already have some #Autowired fields, same fields for both instances, so I cannot use #Configuration class (or I don't know how). For example, this is a sketch of my use case:

How to get boolean value from application.yml in SpringBoot

According to the comments you have used #Value annotation within a simple POJO. Not inside a Spring Bean like #Component, #Service or #Configuration.
You cannot inject a value to a POJO class using #Value.
This annotation can be used for injecting values into fields in Spring-managed beans, and it can be applied at the field or constructor/method parameter level.
But still you get value false for checksLoginAndRegistration parameter because it is an primitive type which has a default value false. If you chaged it to boxed type Boolean you can see the value of checksLoginAndRegistration is null

This is the class where you crate instance of UMLUserRepository class. An it should be a Spring Bean.

I would encourage you to check the possibility to convert UMLUserRepository class to a Spring bean. Then this won't be needed.
Hmm, it seems like you do everything correctly. I can suggest what can go wrong
Is it all what file contains?
If not, check is there only one feature key or not. If there's another one, remove it.
Have you added #Configuration annotation to your configuration class?
If not, add it.

I am trying to Mock an autowired map of instances in spring but I get null pointer exception

In one of my controller
#Autowired
private Map<String, ABC> abcMap;
now I want mock it in one of the unit test but I always get null pointer exception.
This map contains implementations of ABC abstract class.
Can anyone suggest a possible solution?
I'm not sure what Unit test Framework you are using but there are ways of making it inject the mock details. You'll have to give us more information before before we can answer.
Personally I don't much like Autowired private fields, so at the risk of answering a different question can I suggest you consider using an Autowired constructor instead. From Springs POV it won't make a difference, your object will be create and all the appropriate data wired in. (OK, there is a slight change in the order things are done, but generally you won't notice). You will have to write a constructor to copy the constructor parameters to private fields, but:
Those fields could be made final, which could make your class safer
Your Unit tests wont need any 'magic' to initialise the Autowired fields - just pass parameters
If you refactor you class to remove add/remove/modify an Autowired field then you have to remember to change your test code. With an Autowired constructor you test code has to be changed or it won't compile, and your IDE might even help you do it.

The Autowired constructor alternative looks something like:

Keys points are:
The class has just one constructor and it requires parameters.
The fields are not annotated #Autowired, because Spring is not assigning values to them; the constructor does that.
The constructor IS annotated as #Autowired to tell Spring to pass the beans as parameters
The first parameter is stored in a final variable - you code can't accidentally over write it, so your code is safer
In my example the second parameter is only used in the constructor, so we don't have to store it as a field in your controller. I often to this if the Bean is an object that passes configuration around.
A No-argument constructor is not required
At test time your code will have to pass parameters to the class.
Your test code will look something like:

There are no #MockBean annotations
The Unit test is only using the API that your Controller bean defines; No black magic is required
It's not possible to create a MyClass with out providing the required data. This is enforced by the compiler

Make Bean depend on list of beans in springboot

I have following #Configuration class, in which I am declaring a #Bean that depends on an #Autowired list of beans. However, this list is not complete when I am accessing to it. All #Bean definitions been executed, except the one defined in the same class.

Probably, the easiest solution would be to add #DependsOn("reqBeanInsideClass").
However:
I wonder why it works for all #Beans defined in different classes, but not in this one.
I'm not really sure that's exactly like that, and I'm afraid later on, another #Bean does not get executed
I guess the correct approach should be something like

I have copied the exact same class twice, in order to see what would happen, so now I have also:

Amazingly, by doing this, both #Beans methods (ProblemHere & ProblemHere2) are called before both reqBeanInsideClass and reqBeanInsideClass2 methods.
For some reason I guess, Springboot is able to recognize #Beans required for a class as long as they are defined in another class.
Does this sound logic to anyone?
Can you not utilize the array input for #DependsOn rather than passing singular value, since it accepts String[]? That would wait for all the beans that are explicitly declared in the array before initializing, though has to be defined manually.

#Autowired list of beans will be same as a single bean of same type, it will contain all beans with that type or with that superclass via springs injection, the problem is the ordering of bean initialization is not controlled properly, #DependsOn with array bean input should resolve this!

You can make CustomObject bean #Lazy, so it will be initialized only when it is used within the code after initialization is done. The bean must not be used within another non-lazy bean I think. Just call some logic where an #Autowired CustomObject is used, it should instantiate the bean at that moment, where the list will contain all possible RequiredBeans

Limit a collection of autowired components using Package

I am working on a project for parsing files that uses Chains of Responsibility of an abstract class called EntityMapper that are used for parsing. Currently we have 2 types of Files/Entities:
GrantEntity
BillEntity
All EntityMappers extend the abstract class:

Soon we will have a DonationEntity that will represent a file that has some structural characteristics as grantEntity.
Instead of creating new classes of Type extends EntityMapper<DonationEntity> I wanted to ask if there is a way to filter an #AutoWired collection using package names or a regex.
Something like ?:

You can use #Qualifer annotation to indicate logically similar components. Then specify a matching #Qualifier to the injection target. For example

Spring: Is it possible to have a duplicate constructor with different qualifier while autowiring?

I am trying to autowire a member in a class using the constructor.

If I have multiple sources that create beans of ClassA, is it possible to have a duplicate constructor definition that instantiates based on the bean that was autowired into this class?
I want to do something like this:

You can't have two constructors with the exact same signature in a single class in Java. Nor any other programming language I've ever encountered. You might use method-injection instead, with two methods (named differently, of course), mark them as #Autowired(required = false) and use the proper #Qualifier(...) to specify the instance you want to inject. You might want to handle the case when both instances are present in the spring context, so no unexpected things happen.
The short answer is: no, that is not possible. In Java you cannot have two constructors with exactly the same signature. And also, you can assign only one value to your "myMember".
However, what are you trying to accomplish here? It seems that in some occasions MyClass needs to use "objectA" and in other occasions, you need "objectB".
For these scenarios, you should not use autowiring (you can't), but simply use explicit wiring:

return new MyClass(qualifierA());
