Unable to deploy Spring boot application in IBM WAS

I have devoloped Rest application usning the spring boot application and generated the WAR file .When this WAR file deploying ing WebSpher getting error unable deploying this WAR file.
My spring boot Version is 2.5.0 and java 1.8.

Error:- I m getting error like Error creating bean with name:-

Jar file run failed of a Spring boot application

I have these Spring boot applications using a microservice architecture, and I needed to dockerize them, so I generated a Jar file for each, all of them are working just fine when I run them from IntelliJ, but the jar file is always showing an error when I try to run it, I added
false
as I saw in a post earlier talking about the same error, but still the same error, knowing I tried generating the jar file using
mvn clean package AND
mvn clean install

and the error is something like ...35 common frames omitted

Maven build failing on SpringBoot application

I created a SpringBoot application, and it build perfectly if I use the IntelliJ GUI.
However, if I try run mvn clean install from the cmd line, I get the following error:

Any Ideas how I can build it on the cmd line?

I fixed this by adding -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2.
i.e. mvn clean install -DskipTests -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2

bean with name 'org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.internalCachingMetadataReaderFactory' exception: QueryDSL MongoDb

In our project, we are implementing dynamic query with the help of QueryDSL MongoDB. Our application is using MongoDB as a database. we are getting this error. We can able to create generate Q class and also able to write the query using Predicate. But while running the application getting above error response as Destroy method on bean with name 'org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.internalCachingMetadataReaderFactory' threw an exception. When searched most of them recommend the jar conflicts.

Resolved above issue by removing dependency spring data commons core and removed the version of spring data commons. Found the problem is due to jar mismatch of different jar versions. If any such problem exists, check for jar file conflict for dependency, if no solution worked then create a new project with required dependency replace that dependency.

Failed to introspect Class [org.springframework.web.socket.server.support.WebSocketHandlerMapping] from ClassLoader

I've got a problem with spring-websocket, I assume it's maven related, as the code I'm using, is almost the same, as the one from here:

I've been struggling with this for hours, and I honestly have no idea how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
