Moving files lead to dependency issues - java

I moved some files into new packages so that things would make more sense, but this has resulted in my dependencies getting messed up.

import org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.SpringBootApplication;
These lines give "cannot resolve symbol 'springframework'" with the advice of adding a maven dependency. If I do this nothing changes within the pom.xml file. Also the pom has errors with "spring-boot-starter-frontData-jpa" and "org.springframework.frontData" saying dependency not found.
Everything worked fine before but is messed up now. I've tried invalidate & restart which doesn't solve anything, undoing the changes also doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have an idea on this? The pom.xml file can be found below. Also might be important I'm working on intellij.

I've solved this by reverting changes through git.
Re-doing the moves didn't give the same error this time.
Not shure where this error came from and advice is welcome should it happen again.

How to I remove one of the versions of javax.persistence.JoinTable?

Multiple javax.persistence.JoinTable
The issue is most likely related to the duplicate javax.persistence.* libraries. I see you have the following two dependencies

Make sure to run a mvn clean before packaging and testing the new jar file

It also looks like there is a lib directory in your project that may have dependencies that are not managed by Maven. Please delete at least the javax.persistence library from that location

Unable to run OptaPlanner to optimize a school timetable example in Eclipse

I trying to setup the TimeTable example from OptaPlanner (link here) from copying the needed dependency for Maven and all the relevant code. However, when I try to run it, error occur.

How to remove duplicates in my WEB-INF/lib jar files?

I know there seems to be a lot of discussion on StackOverflow about the error I am getting, but I don't see exactly the same situation and I'd like to better understand the issue I am having.
I am getting the following failed to start error "Caused by: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: A child container failed during start"
After doing some research it seems like this is a WEB-INF/lib and/or a pom.xml dependency issue. It looks like people have been able to solve their issues by removing a variety of jar files or updating their pom file/removing a variety of certain dependencies.
When I look at my WEB-INF/lib jar files, it seems that mine are duplicating... Does any one know why I am getting double/2 versions of the same jar files, and could they tell me which dependency they are coming from in my pom.xml file? I think my project wont start on Tomcat & is getting this issue due to the duplicates, as things are already running once when it tries to start the other duplicate jar files.

Spring-Boot-Maven-Plugin - Command to Copy Resources into WAR Main Directory

QUESTION
In a Spring Boot Java application built with Maven using the spring-boot-maven-plugin with WAR packaging through Eclipse IDE with M2 with the goal as clean package, I would like to know if there is a command which would allow me to copy the resource folders (css, images, etc) which currently end up in mywar.war/WEB-INF/classes/static/ into the root directory mywar.war, so that I have mywar.war/images/, etc?
I see that with other plugins, there is something like a targetPath, but I can't find anything like that in the documentation for spring-boot-maven-plugin.

So, I ended up getting around this by moving all of my resources from the /src/main/resources/static directory into a /src/main/webapp directory. Then everything appeared right under the root of the resulting WAR file, and the Apache HTTP Server picked them up and allowed them through.

Everything will work as expected. Spring Boot will server your static content.
The urls will be
<host>:<port>/<warname>/css
<host>:<port>/<warname>/images
etc.

Moving files lead to dependency issues - java

I've solved this by reverting changes through git. Re-doing the moves didn't give the same error this time. Not shure where this error came from and advice is welcome should it happen again.
