My code is a "guessing game" and so if you enter a southeast asian country to the input it will display a "you are correct" text but if not then otherwise, my problem is that the else loops whatever times the length of my array is that i put the countries in, how to stop loop plz?

Currently your code takes user input, then within a loop it compares user input to one of the coutries and
if match gives a message
if not match gives a message
That means if your list is 20 entries long, in case of incorrect enty the user would be told so 20 times. For a correct entry, the user would be told 19 times that he is wrong and one time that he is correct.
What you need to do is:
take user input
loop over the list and find out if there is a match. Do not print a result during the loop
after the loop has finished, print whether some match was found
You could set a variable
boolean found = false;
and set it to true once you found a match. Later your output can look like

If you want to tune your code terminate the loop as soon as you found a match.
You need to add break to your loop and a flag to can know if the user answer incorrect. Check the comments in my code.

As you can see I placed labels on the loops I specifically want to go back to. My break is currently taking me back to my innerloop label BUT I want it to take me back to my forloop label. How exactly do I do that? I tried wrapping the for loop with while loops because thats what worked for me last time but it is not working here. Actually, no.
A break never takes you back. It always takes you forward. In this case it takes you forward to immediately after the block with the label that you broke. For example:
while (....) {
label: while (...) {
...
if (...) break label;
...
}
// Breaks to HERE
}
You may then go back because of something in the context you went to. But it is the context that does it, not the break.
Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to apply this to your example because 1) you don't explain what the code is supposed to do, 2) it is hard to figure out which of the versions you refer to, 3) the code is not compilable, and 4) the readability issues make my head hurt.
So unless you can figure out how to make your code more readable, that is all the help I can give you.

I'm new to this site. I've decided to create a console base hangmaan game and I've been doing ok up till now. My current problem has me stuck.
I'm trying to make it so that if the user has input a letter and it has been marked as correct or incorrect. The program should then not let the user input that same letter again in later iterations of the while loop.

You could test whether the letter is in a Set. If not, accept it and add it to the set. If so, then reject it.

Interesting, even when I enter a duplicate value, it is caught and assigns true to isDuplicate, but when it returns to the beginning of the while loop, the value is false again ("CHECK: false").
Looks like an easy task, but I am caught...
Also, I did not want to use HashSet and wanted to use only Array.

The problem you are having is because of the
} while (isDuplicate = false);
it should be (mind the double ==)
} while (isDuplicate == false);
Apart from that your code is quite inefficient. You would probably do much better with two Arrays if that is really what you want, otherwise a linked list would be best.
Your while is incorrect, this
while (isDuplicate = false);
assigns false to isDuplicate which has a side-effect of also evaluating to false. You watned something like
while (isDuplicate == false);
or the shorter
while (!isDuplicate);
