I'm trying to load my "RecuperoPassw.fxml" file into the method of the class formLogin.java.
I've tried several methods and I understood that all the java files have to be in the same folder of the Main class. But there is any solution to avoid that, in order to have a subfolder like this?
com.agmg.carsparadise -> GestioneAccount -> Interface -> formLogin

Why your code does not work
The loader creates a new AnchorPane, but you never add the new pane to a parent in the scene graph.
Quick Fix
Instead of:
content = (AnchorPane) FXMLLoader.load("vista2.fxml");
Write:
content.getChildren().setAll(FXMLLoader.load("vista2.fxml"));
Replacing the content children with your new vista. The content itself remains in the scene graph, so when you set it's children, you are also attaching them to the scene graph at the same time.
You might need to play around with layout (e.g. work with auto resizing layouts like StackPanes rather than AnchorPanes) to get the exact behaviour you want.
Rather than just adopting the quick fix, I would advise reviewing the simple framework linked below as that might provide you with a more general purpose mechanism to get the behaviour you want.

I created a small framework for swapping fxml controlled content panes in and out of a portion of the main scene.
The mechanism of the framework is the same as suggested in kithril's answer.
A main pane for the outer fxml acts as a holder for child panes.
The main controller for the outer fxml supplies a public method that can be used to swap the child panes.
A convenience navigator class is statically initialized with the main controller for the outer layout.
The navigator provides a public static method to load a new child pane into the main container (by invoking a method on the main controller).
Child panes are generated in the navigator by their respective fxml loaders.
Why a Framework
The framework seems like overkill for answering your question, and perhaps it is. However, I have found that the two most asked topic related to FXML are:

How to pass data between FXML controllers.
So I felt that a small demo framework was warranted for this case.
Sample Framework Output
The first screen shows the application layout displaying the first vista. The contents are a header which is defined in the main application layout and an aliceblue colored interchangable child content pane.
In the next screen, the user has navigated to the second vista, which retains the constant header from the main layout and replaces the original child pane with a new coral colored child content pane. The new child has been loaded from a new fxml file.

Create a matching container and loading the contents of the new view into it.

set the new view to the sceneContainer. (setAll clears all children first)

Get the controller object for the new view and call your method that starts the class logic

There is a dedicated fx:include element for nesting FXML files. It's not in the SceneBuilder library, so you need to write it manually. SceneBuilder can load and display nested FXML just fine though.

I have designed two MVC structures(not sure if this is the right term)
For a home.fxml and login.fxml.
How do I on successful login change to the home.fxml view with its controller, as well as saving the current user for the home MVC structure to use.
What I have tried:
I was able to create an EvenHandler in the main.java class and pass that to the LoginView.java class. And the event is hit in LoginView.java the even in main.java would be fired and the scene would switch with this code:

I have an application in which I have a login form and then from that a Main Screen is shown. In the MainScreen resides most of my code.
The workaround I found (this application makes not use of any framework to fully implement MVC) was to pass the argument to the MainScreen Controller, then I propagate it over the other views. I am not sure if that is what you are looking for whatsoever, but, it might help you picture other approaches to this problem:

I try to developp an application and I work on Eclipse.
First I worked on four files :
Main.java, that launch the interface by using the sheet1.fxml file
MyController.java, that declares the button and the anchor of the fxml file sheet1. That file implements an action event : to go on a second interface (sheet2.fxml) after clicking on the button of the first fxml file (that is sheet1).
Now I want to work on the second interface, sheet2.fxml. I'd like to :
- add text based on a count of files in a folder
- create buttons in order to go on a third interface
But my question is how could I do ?
I tried to create a second controller to make the declaration of the Text nbExcel and buttons then build the relation with sheet2.fxml file but I don't see the trick.
How to associate events that run the components located on that sheet2 and that new controller ?

Is there any way how to check (and append event handler on it) if application is going to be closed in FXML controller (not main class derived from Application but controller attached to FXML file derived from Initializable)?
