I tried to open this project in every IDE including Vscode, Intellij and Android studio.
I've configured all the things as per react native docs only. I'm working behind company proxy. I've setup that also in gradle.properties of android folder
systemProp.http.proxyHost=<org-proxy-host>
systemProp.http.proxyPort=<port>
systemProp.https.proxyHost=<org-proxy-host>
systemProp.https.proxyPort=<org-proxy-host>
Even I've configured the proxy in Intellij and android studio setting also in Http proxy
also configured the npm http and https proxy
Tried to find so much, but only solution I got is to set the proxy in IDE setting of intellij and Android studio. Did that also but nothing happened.
Thanks in Advance to all.

Basically, I want to know from where is it getting the http://repo.typesafe.com/typesafe/ivy-releases/
Also, I have not changed configurations of my project, so why is this failing suddenly.
Able to resolve after adding additional type safe https resolver to the build.sbt. By default sbt was picking the http one. If you already have resolver configured (like I have maven) the new line is important or else you can use Seq construct)
resolvers += "Maven Central Server" at "https://repo1.maven.org/maven2"
resolvers += "Typesafe Server" at "https://repo.typesafe.com/typesafe/releases"
I had my resolvers set to "http://repo.typesafe.com/typesafe/releases/" and changing the resolver to using https made it work.
Need to upgrade the sbt.version as mentioned in the link below, if the issue still persists
In build.properties file
sbt.version=0.13.18
https://github.com/sbt/sbt/issues/6200
I'm trying to utilise the Java port of OpenAi's gym - as I've been using Java instead of Python.
I've cloned the gym's repo which is a submodule of the "mono-repo".
Within my project, in IntelliJ, I setup a dependency on the gym project (source code) but nothing's getting picked up.
After opening the gym project itself, within IntelliJ, none of the dependencies are being resolved, and the maven pom.xml file has a multitude of errors.
The first error is to the with the unrecognised parent module (the mono-repo).
<parent>
<groupId>org.deeplearning4j</groupId>
<artifactId>deeplearning4j</artifactId>
<version>1.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
</parent>
I tried setting up / building the mono-repo to no avail. I also was trying to figure out whether building the entire mono-repo was necessary - and not simply just including a load of redundant dependencies / modules.
Has anyone actually made use of this Java Client?
The repo has extremely brief documentation, and I've not seen any example usages online
EDIT
Since posting this question the gym stuff has been removed from the deeplearning4j repository.
There still seems to be an implementation in the rl4j repository, which I've managed to pull as a maven dependency into my project.
When trying to run a basic cartpole example I get the error:
SLF4J: Defaulting to no-operation (NOP) logger implementation
SLF4J: See http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#StaticLoggerBinder for further details.

I am working on a Spring mvc using Eclipse. Until now I was using ant to create war file. But now I switched to Maven. I have copied Maven 3.3 on my system and set system variables for Maven. It works fine, when I run Maven following command from command prompt:
mvn -version
I have created a pom.xml file in my Spring mvc app's root directory. I run Maven through command prompt, not through Eclipse. When I run following command:
mvn -X package
it shows following errors:

It says connection timed out, but my internet is running fine.
199.27.79.215 is not the right IP address for repo.maven.apache.org. The right IP address is 23.235.40.215 (as of 9/10/2015 from my desktop). If I open a browser to https://199.27.79.215/, I get a web page which says unknown domain: 199.27.79.215.
The problem is that Maven is being run in an environment without a direct connection to the Internet. Maven needs to be configured to go through the HTTP Proxy. The Maven documentation for this is found here. Here's the information...
Configuring a proxy
You can configure a proxy to use for some or all of your HTTP requests
with Maven. The username and password are only required if your proxy
requires basic authentication (note that later releases may support
storing your passwords in a secured keystore - in the mean time,
please ensure your settings.xml file (usually
${user.home}/.m2/settings.xml) is secured with permissions appropriate
for your operating system).
The nonProxyHosts setting accepts wild cards, and each host not to
proxy is separated by the | character. This matches the JDK
configuration equivalent.
<settings>

.
<proxies>
<proxy>
<id>example-proxy</id>
<active>true</active>
<protocol>http</protocol>
<host>proxy.example.com</host>
<port>8080</port>
<username>proxyuser</username>
<password>somepassword</password>
<nonProxyHosts>www.google.com|*.example.com</nonProxyHosts>
</proxy>
</proxies>

I found that setting my MAVEN_OPTS environment variable worked. Apparently JDK7 has some issues with it: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-5162
export MAVEN_OPTS="-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true"
You are using the repository which is available at
repo.maven.apache.org:443 [repo.maven.apache.org/199.27.79.215]
and as the error says, maven is not able to reach that URL:
org/maven2): Connect to repo.maven.apache.org:443 [repo.maven.apache.org/199.27.79.215] failed: Connection timed out: connect -> [Help 1]
Check your internet connection and make sure you are able to reach the repo. You can test it by trying to hit the URL in browser or by using curl
I am running activemq-5.9 on Ubuntu 12.04 and it would be fair to say that I am new to active MQ.
I suspect that I am queueing records and not de-queueing them, so I am looking into using JMX to connect to my active MQ broker and see what's going on. Jconsole fails.
This is hard because most of the docs on how to do this is old, but I finally get down to running activemq list. When I do, it throws a rather lengthy stacktrace:
Connecting to JMX URL: service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://localhost:1099/jmxrmi

Is there still something I have configured wrong? I have no firewall rules. I can't think what else to look for.
There is no 'failure to retrieve RMI server stub' here. There is a failure to connect to the RMI registry. Either it isn't running at all or you're looking in the wrong host, or port.
Make sure your RMI registry is running. You can do this with rmiregistry in another terminal, providing it's in the same working directory.
