Jenkins Build Failure. ERROR: Failed to parse POMs - java

Hi I'm having this problem with Jenkins when trying to use it with a maven build project.
This is the error log.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I looked through older questions and none of them seem to answer my problem. I'm not using a repo, just local.

Solr Learning to Rank Plugin Setup?

I am trying to setup the Learning to Rank Plugin for Solr located here:
https://github.com/bloomberg/lucene-solr/tree/master-ltr-plugin-release/solr/contrib/ltr
I've got the Java JDK as well as Apache Ant all set up as that is what the plugin uses to compile and I have verified that both of those are setup properly as their commands are recognized. Note that I am running on Windows 7.
I follow the instructions listed below in that link, but cannot even get passed the first step. I execute the commands to compile "ant dist" and "ant server" and I just get a NullPointerException. I've tried compiling at the root directory, the "solr" directory, as well as just the "ltr" directory, but I get the same error each time.
I'm not sure if its an issue with the plugin being outdated or something I'm missing with my setup as there does not seem to be much info on issues with these particular components. Hoping I can find somebody who might know what's going wrong here. Any input is greatly appreciated!
Oh and here is the error message I get when trying to compile:

I cannot pin point why I am getting this problem. I have downloaded the library the usual way using Intellij as well.
The solution to your problem should be to use FontAwesome 8.4-SNAPSHOT.
As described in the following link https://bitbucket.org/Jerady/fontawesomefx/issues/13/illegalaccesserror-on-fontawesomeicon version 8.9 has this bug.
This is the correct dependency:
<dependency>
<groupId>de.jensd</groupId>
<artifactId>fontawesomefx</artifactId>
<version>8.4-snapshot</version>
</dependency>
Hope this helps!

Oracle tutorial "Fancy Forms with JavaFX CSS" not working?

So I did the tutorial and everything went well, until i tried to run it. I didn't find a problem with the code and since it didn't work eventually just decided to directly copy the Oracle example project to the Netbeans projects directory, and im still having the same problem.
The project builds without errors nor warnings, but doesn't run and gives the kind of error message i don't have any clue about with my java skills.
So below is the full error message. The project can be downloaded here. I just recently downloaded the newest versions of Netbeans and JDK so that should not be the problem. Please help me out here, is there an error in the tutorial or did i do something wrong?

Run Google AppEngine Application on IntelliJ 13

I have the guestbook appengine application working in the command line. For faster development I need to work in the IntelliJ IDEA IDE. But, I can't run the application. I guess the problem is configuration. How should I configure the IDE?
When I open the pom project and try to run it, IntelliJ shows Warning: App Engine facet not found in 'guestbook-war:war exploded' artifact. After I configure all the other options I can run the application. But, IDEA then shows:

IDEA tries to run the application from the classes directory, not from the target directory. Where can I configure this? I saw the classes directory and there isn't anything important in it. It only has folders and jars referred to by appengine, but nothing about the project.
How can I configure this?

Exploded jar in war libs

Can we put exploded jar files in war web-inf libs ? Its not working for me in JBOSS 4.2. I got following error and not able to deploy the application:

If you unpack a jar-file the resulting files needs to go into WEB-INF/classes.
Not in WEB-INF/lib.
Try WEB-INF/classes.
